  • Maintenance Request
    Please submit a Support Ticket for all maintenance request. This is the best and easiest way for all of us to stay in the loop on what is needed.
  • Conference Room Scheduling
    Please contact us to schedule the conference room.
  • Parking
    Parking Garage $50 monthly. Limited spaces contact us now if you interested. 1hr parking against the building is intended for excatly that and will be enforced.
  • Trash Rules
    Janitoral starts at 5pm daily. We operate on trash is found in trash cans only. Meaning we will not throw anything else away. Furthermore, If you have one or two boxes please break them down and write TRASH on them otherwise it is the tenant's responsibility to take oversized trash to the dumpster onsite. If your primary business entails receiving daily deliveries it is the tenant's responsibility to discard of all shipping materials.

    Every tenant gets one key fob provided by management. If needed you can request more at $5 a piece.
